How to Return Your Item
To make a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@Livnco.com to start your return. Provide your order number and details about the product. -
Wait for Approval
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. -
Send Us Your Return
Pack your item in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase and ship it to the return address provided.
Note: Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Clearance items and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@Livnco.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure the issue is resolved quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items, promotional items, or gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a new product is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order. We will refund the original purchase as soon as we receive your return.
Refunds
After we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@Livnco.com.
